This time was my wife treating our 2 adult daughters to a chick trip. Flight delay gave 9:30pm check-in after 15 hr flight so tired but excited trio. “Absolute disaster.”

Due to renovation there is no restaurant, no lounge, no room service, and the place is noisy from sunrise to sunset with the construction. This hotel is not in a condition to be used during refurbishment works. Due to the reputation of the brand, the prime location and the past experience, I would discourage any use until the end of such refurbishment.

“Perfect location!”

This hotel is right on Times Square, ideal for all the major attractions in this area & the subway station is 1 minute walk away. The rooms were quite big and very clean. Staff were very friendly. Would defiantly stay here again!!
