I am currently staying here...first of all the rooms are huge for new york standards..the beds are very comfy...and the rooms are well equipped...nice size tv and desk you can work from...the bathroom needs some work..but overall clean...only issue I had was the heater would make a clunking noise but the building is old....only one suggestion is put coffe pots... Having just returned from a stay at the St Giles - I can't recommend it highly enough. At check in, we got upgraded to a suite which was incredibly spacious. We love the Tuscany and have been staying there for at least 6+ years when it was also a W Hotel. We find that the St. Giles group has continued to be everything we loved about it.
