Our cabbie was reluctant to drop us late at night at this small hotel on the edge of Chinatown. Turns out it's quite safe, even though there is graffiti on the Canal Street outer wall. Once inside, we found a very clean and quiet room waiting for us. Although there are few amenities and the rooms are very small, that... More

When you're in NYC all you want from the hotel is a clean place to sleep and shower. The rooms, though small, have comfortable beds and the shower works well. The subway nearby making travel easy and efficient, coffeeshops and proximity of China Town and Broadway are the real USPs of the hotel. You're in the hub of things so... More

The Hotel Azure is perfectly located in New York City near the NoHo, SoHo and subway station. Sad that the location ends my only positive for this little hotel. The Hotel Azure was not clean. The elevator had an awful smell that one tiny little air freshener could not disguise. The floor of the elevator remained sticky and visibly dirty... More

Stayed here in March,it was a busy time in NYC...Rooms were booked up and $$$$.Found Hotel Azure and it was near to the venue so we were pleased that we even were able to book a room,no less for under $200.00 AND near our venue. The good: The Hotel could have easily charged twice as much do to the unavailability... More

The rooms are tiny of course but the bed was comfy and the building secure. Bathroom was a teeny bit dirty but for the price you tend to let the odd thing slide. We took the advice of earlier reviews and asked for a room on a high floor to avoid the subway noise.

This hotel was perfect for an overnight in the city. It was very reasonably priced for Manhattan, but although rooms are small/tight, they were decorated nicely, very clean and updated. Efficient use of space in rooms...great area outside(Little Italy and Chinatown). We would definitely stay here again!!

I just confirm considerations about locations and sizes of the rooms mentioned in others comments. I confirm as well that beds are very comfortable. Thus if you are ok with that go on. Do not expect what it is considered in a structure like that, as "for free" concretely courtesy or support/advises during your stay. Thus use this structure if... More

Finding a good budget hotel in Manhattan is a challenging quest. What made me choose Hotel Azure was not only the price, but also the location. Being close to Canal stations (several lines) was really helpful. The room was small, but clean and everything was working well (fridge, shower, air conditioner, toilet, TV, Wifi etc.). The staff was really very... More

Located in a very accessible area with cheap restaurants, multiple subways right outside the front door, and many Lower Manhatten within walking distance, this hotel is a good deal. Reasonably priced, with a clean room - the rooms are small, but this is New York. Do not expect a suite, but for a place to stay while you roam the... More
