I've enjoyed all my stays at The Bowery. It's tastefully done, very sophisticated but not overly stuffy. I like staying downtown and like the location. Easy spot to get taxi if going uptown. A winner but expensive.

The Bowery Hotel is a charming, warm "old world feel" hotel with modern comfort. The rooms are tastefully appointed and quite spacious by NYC standards . Stayed 4 nights at the Bowery. Great location - just across the street of the outstanding Great Jones Cafe' and close to all the SoHo shopping. Even if a bit pricey its good value for money. It has a laid back atmosphere but service is outstanding.
