Stayed here for one night in January 2012. I got a wonderful overnight rate for 2 queen bedded room. I was able to use lot with indoor parking for a cost of only $20 per 24 hrs. That alone is a good bargain. The rooms are narrow but nice. The check in staff were very friendly and helpful. We had... More

I stayed at the Hampton Inn over Thanksgiving Day weekend. The hotel is located in a great location, a few blocks from two different subway stations and lots of restaurants, coffee, and shopping in the South Street Seaport area. Be prepared, the rooms are really small, but the value is worth it because of the location, and really, how much... More

We stayed at this property last night and couldn't have been happier. The room was larger than I expected for NYC and everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good as well. The location was superb. Several restaurants nearby and a grocery store very close too. We walked over to the 9/11 Memorial site and the Fulton Street... More

We stayed two nights here and had a ground floor room, 108, which was very spacious by NY standards and very clean and comfortable. On the down-side the room was quite dark; overlooking a small courtyard which was nice, but not much natural light and the electric lights were very dim, which was a shame. We had continental breakfast, which... More

We needed a last minute hotel in Manhattan and were extremely surprised and pleased by this hotel. The rooms are small but recently remodeled and well appointed. We were given rooms on the 8th floor and each had a small terrace! The price was relatively reasonably for nyc and the staff went above and beyond, storing luggage, calling cabs and... More

We live 30 miles from NYC, but decided to spend a weekend in town. We originally wanted to stay in midtown, but this hotel right around the corner from the South Street Seaport was priced right and available. Definitely to be considered instead of midtown!! It's quiet, accessible to everything, and the staff could not do enough for us. Rooms... More

Great price, convenient location, friendly staff, nice breakfast. This is a great deal in NYC, convenient to everything you need. I can't imagine paying three times more to stay anywhere else. More

The rooms are small and dated but for the price it is not bad since the location is good. Make sure you get a room towards the back of the building and away from the elevators. The rooms are not brightly lit so you will feel like you're in one of those gangster movies..... More

The Hampton Inn at the Seaport is a pretty basic hotel, very close to the seaport. What it has going for it is that it's an easy walk to shopping, rstaurants and bars at the South Street Seaport. It's also very close to the financial district and pretty quick to the Fulton St subway stops (2,3 as well as A,C,... More

I've probably stayed at all of the Hampton Inns / Hilton Garden Inns / Doubletrees in NYC and this one is the worse. It should not belong to the Hilton Family. The rooms are small, the A/C unit is VERY noisy, the Internet access is VERY VERY slow at all times and the staff is...absent! Also, I was unable to... More
