Staying on a business trip. The room is very clean and comfortable. Great view of the WTC and New Tower. The windows must be very thick because I can't hear any street noise. (I am on the 43rd floor). Service has been excellent. I sent my shoes to be shined and they were returned in 20 minutes. Very friendly service.... More

Beautiful hotel with amazing views of the city. However, rooms very small and basic and we found the staff terrible! The doormen and concierge were top class, just a pity about the reception staff. We went as a huge surprise trip for my husbands 40th and expected alot more. The beds were very comfortable and the view from our room was amazing(30th floor) The... More

After I got past the new york attitude that I completely forgot about, the hotel was nice. The bed was crazy comfortable and they pillows were pretty good. Like I said...no free wi-fi. Costs $13 a day. Guess who went without wi-fi for 4days. Also for $27 at the their restaurant you get bacon and eggs. Seriously! Room was on... More

The hotel is very close to Wall Street and Ground Zero. If you travel for business the hotel is ok, but for leisure its location is not good, however you can use the subway and the station is very near. The hotel is near the Century21. This is a good advantage, because you can go there for cheap shopping almost... More

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. Interestingly, it is spelt with just one N in the Millenium, and I assume this was quite possibly a spelling howler and it was too late to correct. The hotel has 57 floors, and I had requested an upper floor and an early check in ( about an hour and a half... More

The Hotel is next to the Ground Zero our room has a direct view over the ground Zero . The room are of a good size and clean and the service is acceptable. The restaurant of the Hotel is hopeless and the food quality and varieties are appalling!. Other than that everything else is okay and the hotel location is... More

I have stayed at the Hilton many times. It's location is good for the office but only shop really close by is Century 21. The rooms and corridors could do with a paint and a little updating. I suggest forgetting eating at the hotel restaurant as you won't be impressed. The bed are ok, I sleep well each time but... More

I've used the hotel 3 times, including 2 trips for business several miles from the hotel, and like the location immensely. Very convenient to subways, with PATH trains to and from New Jersey just across the street. Tribeca is only a short walk away and is clearly booming with restaurants and upscale development. The WTC site is obviously fascinating, but... More

My daughter blocked out several rooms for her wedding. We checked in and the carpet was wet from shampooing which made for a slippery bathroom floor. The bridal sweet smelled like smoke even though the floor is non-smoking. The revolving door sometimes stops by itself sometimes trapping you.in the revolving door. Some of the bellmen spent their time goofing off... More

We recently booked a Junior Suite room on Priceline at the Millenium Hilton because it was cheaper to stay downtown then in midtown. When I used to live in NYC, no one went downtown on the weekend. Now, with the 9/11 Memorial, the area was quite busy so it didn't have that deserted, barren feel I was expecting. The location... More
