We had a small 2 room suite...king and bathroom in 1 room, a queen in the other. Great for 4 of us. Beds were excellent. Hotel was quiet for NYC and we loved the location. Close to all yhe Btoadway theatres and gteat midtown walking. Free wifi, breakfast and phone anywhere in US was added value.

Quiet and pleasant hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Great location. It's our second time staying there and we would go back again. Wifi worked well which is important for us. Didn't bother with the breakfast there, as we prefer more options, so went around the corner to Pret A Manger for a cappuccino.

After acknowledging my guaranteed reservation, they did not have a room. Sent by cab (gave $20) to their sister hotel, a tired Ramada, ~20 blocks south... very inconvenient as my meeting was a couple blocks away from this hotel. The hotel is very well located walking distance from time square. The staff is very friendly and helpful . The room is not large but is very clean rooms and tidy. They serve a simple basic breakfast. They have free WiFi. They try to let you feel at home while your at the big Apple. I would come back!
