The location was good... 10 min walk from Times Square...But the manager,reception etc were not so helpful or friendly...free internet at lobby was great...Complimentary breakfast was good...The room ,bathroom was not very big but ok...Its little difficult to get taxi here ,but overall good location..covers up for other small lapses...Enjoyed my stay here..The TV channels were limited but coffeemaker,iron,safe etc... The hotel is 3 LONG blocks from anything. Vacant lots, trash, and minimal foot traffic added to a sense of isolation. Hotel was clean and the memory foam bed was comfortable. I regret my decision to choose "midtown west" for my bid on Hotwire.

Room small and crowded with outdated furniture. It was almost impossible to open a suitcase. Front desk staff quite rude and not helpful. Location is ok, but the neighborhood is full of parking lots and it´s quite dark and lonely during the night. Another bad NYC hotel with affordable prices.
