The rooms are spotless. The staff members are exceptionally friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The hotel provides an excellent breakfast and a nice selection of cheese, wine, and snacks late afternoon in the Library lounge on the second floor. We have visited NYC once or twice a year for the past 5 years and have never had a nicer experience. More
