For a business trip we were in NYC with a group of colleagues. I was staying in the Mondrian and invited my colleagues dinner and some drinks. Dinner was great, good food, great service. After dinner the waitress recommended the rooftop bar to us. Amazing view, great cocktails and fun night so far. That changed when we decided to go... More

We had great views from our tiny 8th floor room, but even for Manhattan this room was tight for two. I also found that the all white paint in bedrooms was a bit austere. Still, I would probably pick it again if only for the location. This hotel is walking distance to so many great restaurants and bars, not to... More

My check-in experience was similar to other reviews. I checked in on a Saturday afternoon. There was no doorman, bellman, or any other staff at the Crosby Street entrance. This wasn't a big deal for me because I had minimal luggage. If I had a lot of luggage, I would have been upset. There is no sign pointing to the... More

This hotel is in a perfect location close to Chinatown, Little Italy and the shopping district on Broadway. The rooms are spacious and bright, with modern decor, floor to ceiling windows with stunning views across Manhattan and large comfortable beds offering a welcome rest after the husle of a day in NYC. The hotel has a great value restaurant and... More

This was a wonderful hotel with a very nice restaurant. We did not eat dinner at the hotel, but breakfast was very nice and the service was excellent. The staff was helpful regarding how to get places and providing information regarding the immediate neighborhood as well as events in other parts of the city. We were in a deluxe suite... More

I really liked the Mondrian SoHo, with only a few minor adjustments, it would be a 5-star review, but it's still a fantastic location, a god vibe, and small, but very nicely done rooms with awesome views of the city. The hotel is located on a quiet street on the edge of SoHo and Chinatown, close to shopping, dining, and... More

Hotel is very nice and so is most of the staff. Location is perfect for shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. Other than a few bartenders in the glass top dining area, everyone was very nice, respectful and helpful.

First, I love the design of this hotel. It's stunning. The lobby with the flowers and it smelled amazing. The rooms were all white with blue touches. With that said the rooms could have used a "deep clean" since everything in the room was white.. the room wasn't dirty not all it just white shows everything. The room was also... More

Dear shanmcken, Thank you so much for your feedback. We also love Benjamin Noriega-Ortiz design. Entering through the garden-like entry path shown in the pictures lets one know that this hotel is an Oasis in New York City. The hotel boasts a mesmerizing ambiance that captures the sparkling charm and romance of New York, Isola Trattoria & Crudo Bar - a Coastal Italian restaurant with food and ambience inspired by the Amalfi Coast, Italian Riviera and Sicily. Mister H - an intimate downtown nightlife concept inspired by old New York, and 270 guest rooms - each with stunning views wrapping around the island of Manhattan, custom-designed bath fixtures, and a clever nod to the tale here and there.
