Stayed at this hotel because of its location and because our experience with the Hampton brand has always been excellent. Looking accommodation for three people in NYC for a reasonable price is not easy. At this hotel, the three of us felt comfortable with the room space we shared. Will stay here again.

Stayed recently and found this hotel to be great value (for New York anyway). Staff were amazing, great location. Loved the free WiFi and breakfast. Definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again on my next trip.

We were greeted and promptly checked in at 3:00 AM, even though we should have arrived closer to 4:00 PM the previous day. The front desk person was very helpful, offered us water and snacks and got us checked in as efficiently as possible (the entire process was probably less than five minutes).

While I understand that New York offers smaller spaces for hotel rooms, I would have been OK had the bed been the quality that I have come to expect from Hilton properties. The staff at the front desk and the bellman were exceptional. Extremely friendly and helpful. Free breakfast wasn't bad. Rooms on the small side. Dining area leaves something to be desired, light, sunlight, decor.
