Hotel is still undergoing a long-running remodel. Public spaces are mostly eliminated with tiny bar and no restaurant. Rooms are great. On the small side, but very modern with great wi-fi. Bathroom very spacious relative to room size and beds are most comfortable.

fairly priced for New York. Great location. 5 minutes from Soho shopping! Close to some new trendy restaurants (Circolo, Acme). Next door to the magnificent 41 Cooper Square. The staff is super nice and the free breakfast is a nice gesture.
