Clean, quiet hotel. It was reasonably priced. Located on main strip in town, right next to go cart track.; but never heard any noise. Quick access to Carlsbad Caverns National Park. Would stay there again.

This is about the most plain Jane room I've ever stayed in. The gal checking me in was a bit gruff.. but not great. Not really friendly but not really mean either... just plain Jane. if you get a non smoking room, and you turn off the lights in the bathroom, you stay in a smoking room--because the ac is also on. They know the problem in the office, but they ignore it and react very unfriendly. all other is ok

If you're traveling and just want a place to sleep then this is good enough. Checkin was smooth and fast. Rooms were ok; just nothing fancy. Place was packed but it was very peaceful. I wouldn't have and reservations about staying again.
