Thousand Lakes has something for everyone. They have private cabins for people that aren't travelling in RV's or camping and showers for those that are. Our cabin was very comfortable and a nice rest spot after a long day of driving. The gift store has a large variety of things for the youngest person in your group to your grandfather.... More

We were very happy with our stay here in our fifth wheel. The sites were nice - each had a strip of grass, tree and picnic table. Our view at the far end of the park was beautiful. The cowboy cookout while a nice idea, was way overpriced for the quality of food. The park is a little ways past... More

My wife and I planned to stay two nights at this highly rated RV park, April 6-7, 2013. The facilities were very nice. As we settled in the first day, it became obvious we had a noisy group of four campsites across from us. The group all went out together about 6:30 that evening, leaving their dog locked up in... We stopped here on a recent tour of Southwest Utah. There are 3-4 different rv parks in Torrey and we chose this one due to it's advertised "long" pull-through sites and WIFI access. We have a 40ft motorhome pulling a small SUV and often prefer a long pull-through site if we choose not to disconnect. We checked into the office,... More

we stayed here for one night in October, 2012. The fall colors are amazing there!!! The park has awesome views all around. Neatly maintained outdoors and super clean facilities, like heated showers and laundry room. The staff is very friendly . It was just the perfect spot to spend a relaxing afternoon and night after a long drive in our... More

What a beautiful place to stay! We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. They have a very nice set up. Fridge, TV, 3 beds in each, beautiful vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, AC. The price was very reasonable also. Each cabin has a back screen door that opens up to a courtyard with a picnic table and fire puts. There... More

We camped here. The scenery around the park is beautiful! They have cabins to rent. A grill that served dinner if you reserve a spot there in advance. A gift shop that carries many regional items at reasonable prices. And, best of all for us, Cheryl, who will make an appointment to cut, color, or style your hair right there!... More

We stayed here after traveling through Capitol Reef National Park. On our way through Torrey we passed an RV park on our way to 1000 lakes and my husband was disappointed we were not staying there, but when he saw 1000 lakes RV park he was so grateful we had made plans to stay there. It is quiet and on... More

We have just stayed at this park for a second year. We stay for 3 days. I would gladly recommend them for being a good establishment. We plan to return next year, assuming we can get the accomodations we need.

We stayed in one of the Cabins for $65. What a wonderful surprise. Better than any motel room. Fully equipped with MW and fridge, 2 Queens and a bunk bed, spotlessly clean and modern. But with a secluded back patio garden complete with a grill and plenty of chairs. Quiet. A little West of Main Street. RV park has a... More
