Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the Concierge. View was great from the balcony overlooking the bay. We even timed a Sailboat Race just perfect. We stayed 4 nights at the Bay Tower, and after walking all day, we enjoyed the quite hot tub and pool.

Superb hotel with a great location, very large luxurious room at rear of hotel overlooking the marina from a good sized balcony short taxi ride to downtown to gaslight district with all its bars and restaurants. harbour front a must to visit.
