Title says it all. This is just plane ridiculous. This is so insanely stupid that it brings the overall rating down at least 3 steps. Oh, and it's valet only--so, it's really more when you add in the cost of the obligatory tip.

Close to Seaport Village and the Gaslamp District for dining and shopping! Great service, though it seems to be more suited for people on business trips. Did not offer free wifi but the hotel has a Starbucks right next door which does offer. The omelettes offered for breakfast are great!

This hotel is great for people wanting to experience down town San Diego. Not too far from Clubs, restaurants, shop's etc. Rooms were good, breakfast was good, and love the happy hour free drinks. If you are just staying in the area I wouldn't recommend a car, Valet parking is pricey and there is no alternative.

Truly a convention hotel. Staff did try to help but they were sorely understaffed. Evening manager's reception was the worst I have seen at an Embassy Suites. If you are not there on business, don't stay at this hotel!

its not cheap- its convenient to stay here- the breakfast is average- the service is below average- I have stayed at the La Jolla Embassy- twice before and never a problem. Downtown - just isn't for me- I guess!

good location, best money valued in downtown of san diego. will like to stay next time in town. easy access to civic treater and convention center, and also easy reach to little italy where there are many excellent italian restaurants.
