“Roach Motel!! Dirty and Disgusting!!”

Roaches and a spider crawled on my arm. I dropped my drink & used a handtowel to clean up the mess. They charged me $3 for a .50 cent scratchy handtowel. If they would clean and fumigate these rooms, I wldnt of dropped my drink. I called to see if they wld reverse the charge and the lady just kept... More
