The hotel service here is very un-accommodating. There is no microwave in the rooms, no free Wifi in the rooms, shuttle service is a joke, and parking here should have been free but was extremely expensive. Free shuttle was a plus,,close to T station,,staff was very helpful. Gated parking charge for handicap spot right in front of hotel??? Cafe way overpriced and brkfast was served cold/really only a sandwich shop!

Just checked in and found out that they charge you $11.95 per device!! I did not see that at their homepage. I'm usually very satisfied with the Hilton group but this is frustrating at all!!! The hotel is o.k. The rooms are a little bid aged.

In comparing this property there are differences that give mixed messages to the brand. We stayed at the Cambridge property Thursday night. The staff at the property is helpful, notably Roland and the driver Nunu. At Cambridge recognized Hilton Honors and free wi-if, not here. Comp coffee and tea in the AM, not here. A little bit expensive for what you get! Breakfast and internet WiFi in the rooms must be paid. Place is very nice but far from many places and a cab is always needed. Service is really good and people always nice. Anyway the price is higher for the value you get!

The service and staff at this hotel is wanderfull. You feel like home when you arrive and you get a hot cookie. The room are spacious and confortable. The area is quiet and it's near the train station and the I93.

Location - was very handy for getting into town on JFK/Library Red line line T stop. Provided a Shuttle pickup from Airport in good time as well. Loved this hotel - great location, very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. No complaints. Didn't need any of the amenities, but if we stayed longer, we would definitely visit the lounge and the breakfast area.

Just spent 2 nights at Double Tree Boston Bayside, and very pleased with our choice. My wife and I are in Boston for basic sightseeing, and didn't need a fancy hotel downtown for $400/$500 a night.
