Beautiful hotel, views of the waterfront and great restraurants in walking distance. Nice rooms, all the hotel employees went out of their way to help. The concierge, Issian, was so helpful with maps and dinner reservations. We walk all over Boston from this locations. It was refreshing to be near the waterfront. We would definitely use this hotel again. More

Thank you for your review. It is very gratifying when a guest takes the time to write about their positive impressions. We think Ishan is pretty special, too, and wait until you meet his colleague, Betty! We look forward to welcoming you back! Kind regards, James Carmody Vice President & General Manager More

I stay at Seaport at least one week a month. Every time I arrive they are very gractious and welcoming. The location is excellent. Very close to the marina, downtown and airport. The food is very good. I regularly order their clam chowder and lobster roll sandwich. Be sure to visit Mario. He works in their restauran called Aura. He... More

Thank you for this wonderful review. You have highlighted many of the features we point out as well. Every hotel should have a Mario. Here since opening in 1998, he has made many friends that seek him out as part of their morning breakfast! Thank you, and we look forward to your return. We got married at the Seaport in 2009 and returned this past December to celebrate our year and a half anniversary. We were immediately upgraded to a suite and the wedding team sent up a complimentary bottle of wine and a giant cheese plate. The food at Tamo bar is fantastic and the staff/employees of the hotel have always been... More

I took my boyfriend here for a nights stay for his birthday. It was nice, concierge gave us a free app voucher for the hotel's restaurant upon check in. We took advantage of that and grabbed a beer and a glass of wine with the app. Bartenders were more than accommodating. Room was nice, but nothing special. You're typical hotel... More

About the 5th time we have stayed for business. There are a few other hotels locally like the Westin and Boston harbor Hotel. When we have tried driving in and tried to get our car in their parking lots, they have told us that there is parking and when we arrived there was no place for our car! Very frustrating.... More

I have been staying at the Seaport Hotel every year for the past 5 years and have been very satisfied. The proximity to the Boston Convention Center makes it an ideal place to stay for tradeshows and meetings. The hotel is very classy and well maintained. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The bar in the lobby is very... More

The staff is superior! Especially considering they don't allow tipping! No really! No tipping! So they were not being nice for tips. They really are nice! Hotel has some incredible views of the water. The hotel is so clean! If your mtg at the new convention center this is perfect. Del Frisco and legal seafoods are right down the street!... More

Thank you for this wonderful review. We are so glad to hear you enjoyed your visit. Service inclusive is common in Europe, and we are one of a handful of service inclusive properties in the U.S. Our staff is our single greatest asset; our employees have voted us as a top place to work in Massachusetts six times! We look... More

I stayed at the Seaport hotel in August 2011 for 4 days. The service was great, the food in the restaurants was excellent and the Tamo Bar was delightful. I recommend this hotel for leisure and business. There is wifi everywhere and plenty of space in the lobbies. I was especially impressed by the maid service and the build-in doorbells... More

Thank you. We greatly appreciate when guests take the time to share their Seaport experiences. We think the PURE rooms provide an environment that promotes better sleep for all guests, not just those with allergies. Thank you for the compliments, and we look forward to your return. My husband and I stayed here over in January for the AFC playoff game. It was a very beautiful hotel. The view of the harbour was beautiful. There was a Morton's right across the street and we had dinner there. Everyone was very friendly and prompt. If we go back to Boston we would definitely stay here in the future.... More

Congratulations! I do hope you were rooting for the Pats! And if not, my condolences; the missed kick shocked us all. Thank you for selecting Seaport for your Boston visit. If you return for another game next year, consider the MBTA's Foxboro Express train. South Station is a short Silver Line MBTA ride from Seaport and from there, it is... More

I stayed at the Seaport for two nights - January 19 and January 20. Check in was quick and the staff was polite and helpful. My room was amazing - very comfortable! I love the little extras like the plush robes and the umbrella. The ONLY complaint I had was that the service in the bar on the night of... More

Thank you for your compliments. Your business trip coincided with an exceptionally busy weekend. On Friday night we hosted a gala with 2,000 guests. This was a first time event for us and we were expecting closer to 1,000. I suspect our service was impacted in TAMO and apologize for the less than prompt service. We appreciate your understanding and... More
