Stayed here 3 nights, 2 of them free from use of the Fairmont Visa card. Just a perfect hotel. Staff great and made a point to call you by name. Great for walking to the North End. Excellent breakfast which was also complimentary with the credit card.

it is one of the best and most luxurious hotels that i have ever stayed, but it was really expensive for my financial limits. it costed more than 300$ per night. apart from that i have nothing negative to mention apart from the fact that you have to pay extra for internet access.
