While staying at this hotel a college group checked in for the weekend. I like/have kids but know that it's impossible for them to settle down early. The front desk was very kind in moving us to a different part of the hotel far away from the group. When we needed a large table for a project they opened up... More

I booked this hotel through a Priceline.com bid, so I feel like I got a decent value ($80/nt). The hotel is a little older, and I was expecting something newer. Everything looked clean, though, and the beds/linens were comfortable. I didn't like that they charged for tea/coffee in the lobby - it's $1.25 per cup. The rooms have tea/coffee, so... More

My partner is the Chair for Equality North Carolina, and we were treated so beautifully. The room was clean and very well appointed. Being frequent business traveler, internet connection speed is important, and I am very pleased with the ease of access and speed of the free wireless available. The staff went above and beyond making sure we were welcome... More

I was staying at Hampton Inn for business-no more. The staff here is wonderful, friendly and helpful. The tower rooms are the best rooms. So many great restuarants nearby. As a frequent business traveller I really appreciate a kind and friendly staff while on the road- that is what they do- great customer service. More

We stayed at the hotel for our first trip to Asheville and to visit the Biltmore Estate! The hotel is conveniently located down the road from the Estate and from HWY 40. The hotel was very clean, breakfast buffet was reasonably priced, beds were wonderful and the bathroom was very large (perfect for a mommy traveling with her 4yr old).... More

We stayed here on a short get away with the family for a Christmas vacation. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Our room was in the tower and was clean and in good repair and recently updated. There was some noise we could hear from the room above us. The indoor pool area was nice, although the hot tub was... More

The hotel staff was great and the rooms in the tower were nice.... however, for this type of hotel, I did not expect to find a TGI Fridays as their on site eating establishment. Did notice a pricey chain steak house opening soon, very close to the hotel. If ever in town again I'll know where to go. More

Overall my stay at this property was good. I was only in Asheville for one night, unfortunately. The hotels decor is somewhat dated but the beds were comfortable and I had a wonderful nights sleep. If you're visiting Asheville make sure to give yourself enough time to not only see the stunning Biltmore but also to see Biltmore village as... More

Stayed at the Double Tree @ Biltmore this weekend during a weekend mountain getaway! Took advantage of a free night as a Hilton Diamond member. Room was upgraded to a huge premium room in the new tower with walk in shower, garden top, wet bar, and huge balcony. At checkin we were quickly given hot fresh chocolate chip cookies for... More

We picked this hotel after reading the reviews and looking at the pictures and we are glad we did. Having a suite-layout is important to us because I am a morning person and my partner is a night-owl. The location was perfect for our three days in town. Everyone was really nice. But, there were some negatives, too. And that... More
