I accidentally left my husband's suit in the lobby while waiting for him to pull the car around. I realized this after getting back to greenville. I called the hotel and they shipped it out Monday and we received it today! Amazing customer service! Excellent hotel!!!

Real clean, great pool, nice but dated room (renovations in progress), easy wifi without confusing log in at some places, very quite ie good sound isolation, and breakfast better than average and good selection. Nothing you can walk to except Waffle House. Just seems $204 (reduced rate ??) is too much

I am very pleased to say the tripadvisor community nailed this one! The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was fantastic, and the cookies at the front desk were hot and delicious. I look forward to visiting Asheville again so, I can stay at the Country Inn & Suites.
