The Biltmore Inn is so nice in every way, that it's hard to be brief! As weird as it sounds; my favorite event each morning was the breakfast. I normally eat very little in the morning, but the choices, and quality, are excellent. The staff throughout the hotel was super friendly and helpful. It's a bit expensive, but everyone should... From the first phone call made to the Inn we were treated as if we were the only visitors they were expecting. We didn't know anything about the Asheville area but Vanessa and Monica gave us great recommendations for places to eat and visit during our stay. Upon arrival we were given a tour of the home and cottages. They... More

An Australian friend and I had the privilige of spending a night the end of April at the Biltmore Village Inn . We had been at the Biltmore House for the day and arrived late afternoon to be warmly welcomed with a glass of wine, cheeses and a tour of the house. The last stop on the tour was our... More

Spent 2 nights in the Reed Suite at the Biltmore Village Inn in late April. Everything was spectacular. The house is really beautiful and nicely remodeled. I particularly enjoyed sitting on the porch in the late afternoon enjoying a glass of wine. The Reed Suite was roomy, nicely furnished, very clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. A gas fireplace... More

We had the Carolina Cottage separate from main house and very private with outside covered deck. . .three girlfriends celebrating birthdays. We loved the experience and pre-ordered the "Chocolate Covered Strawberries" as a greeting when we opened out cottage rooms- one king bedroom, one oversized twin with breathtaking, beautiful antique bed . Would recommend the strawberries! The linens were exceptional... More

I recently stayed at Biltmore Village Inn the first week in May. Two friends and I stayed in the Carolina Cottage for a "Girls' weekend." The innkeepers were so warm and made us feel so welcome. Monica booked all our dinner reservations the first night, and she was spot on with her recommendations. The Inn is beautiful and well maintained.... More

We felt spoiled and pampered our entire stay. The staff is so friendly, the cottage was beautiful and spotless. The home is decorated so beautifully. Breakfast was beyond wonderful. You feel as if you are in the country, but really right in the middle of Asheville. A must stay!

Stayed here for our 18th anniversary and it was amazing! The staff took care of making our dinner reservations, getting our Biltmore tickets, and making sure our stay was perfect. Vanessa gave us great recommendations and was wonderful! The house is absolutely beautiful and the breakfast was delicious! Cannot wait to return !

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend retreat. We were greeted warmly, beautiful historic Inn. Wine, cheese, etc. in evening and fresh homemade cookies out (with drinks in butlers pantry) around the clock. Breakfasts in morning either to order if needed or by menu - we followed the menu and were never disappointed! Only thing we would recommend/have... More

The staff is very accommodating but not over bearing. They were available when we needed assistance but weren't hovering. The home is beautifully appointed. They have achieved an amazing balance between providing modern conveniences and maintaining the authenticity of the Victorian structure. It was well worth the visit and I highly recommend it.
