This hotel is located minutes from the Biltmore Estate, beautiful downtown Asheville and lots of shopping. They have clean rooms, firm beds, windows that open, fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the rooms. The AC is an older type and a little noisy, but not awful. “VERY NICE. I stay here every year for business.”

Very clean, staff nice. Bed very comfortable. Indoor pool and jacuzzi that I haven't ever used, but it looked nice! LOL. I come once or twice a year for work and always stay here. Hotel was clean. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Nice variety of breakfast foods. The only small thing wrong was bad coffee. Every other thing was very good.

I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel! The staff was great and friendly. Room was clean and housekeepers did an amazing job each day! We even had a room right by the elevators and never heard anything at all! Great hotel, would recommend to friends and family!!
