My daughter is a student at Westernt State Colorado University and we visit every couple months. She loves it when we bring her dog up to see her too. This hotel is pet friendly. Rooms are very clean and larger than any hotels we've stayed at in Gunnison. The staff are friendly too.

This motel is a bit outside of town, but still very close, and a really good deal. It was a Best Western, so the rooms are nice and big & well maintained. The pool is big & the water is a perfect temperature. Nice hot tub also. There's even a dog park with a picnic table.

Great for the price if you are on a budget, but average room and less than average breakfast. Well maintained for an older facility. Furniture definitely well worn. Located about a mile east of Gunnison, so plan of driving to town if you need a selection of restaurants. Staff very friendly.

The room was large and clean. Breakfast was good. The facility is well maintained. The downside was the the indoor pool was so cold we swam for a few minutes and had to get out. This was unfortunate because we had picked this hotel specifcally for the pool. Otherwise, a good stay.
