Wonderful front desk, easy check-in and great location for Arches National Park and downtown Moab. Clean rooms and breakfast area. Not much of a breakfast person but husband was happy with it. We stayed here for three nights and found the hotel to be just fine. Yes, the hotel, pool and spa were undergoing renovation but that was not a problem. We stayed with family at the holiday inn moab. A very convenient place to explore nearby arches national park. The hotel and the rooms as well were in a very good condition, the included breakfast was OK (minus american coffee, plus fresh pancake machine). This new hotel has fine accomodations, free breakfast and a very friendly staff. It is located on the northern outskirts of Moab closer to the parks you will want to visit. They do not have a large sign on the road so look fo rit.

We stayed four nights here while we explored Canyonlands, Dead Horse, Arches and Castle Valley. All spectacular. Missed the pool but the Hampton looked after us OK every day after our hiking and sightseeing. The hotel is fine and the construction never bothered us. Breakfasts not as good as BW's usually are, but OK.
