Room was comfortable except mattress needed to be updated. Small bathroom with very little counter space. No free wi-fi in rooms. Internet in business center was VERY SLOW. There is a charge to use the computers except to print boarding passes. Great location--walking distance to Pier 39 and cable cars.

This is an old building in need of some updates ( there are still popcorn ceilings and push button heaters in rooms), but there are enough charms to make this an enjoyable home base for a trip to San Francisco. Stayed 2 nights at the Sheraton and 2 at the Holiday Inn. Ambience,service and location were superior at the Sheraton. Similar prices but better deals at the Sheraton. Car rental on-site very convenient.

We loved the location and swimming pool and helpful staff. We thought the cafe was a muddle of furniture and people were confused where they could get a meal.A seperate restaurant would be better.The hotel was very clean.

impeccable location. however the wifi is not free in the room, so if you are not willing to pay for it, you have to go to the lobby instead as the wifi is free of charge there. as well there is no fridge or minibar and they use plastic disposable cups. very environmental unfriendly.

A refreshed 70's hotel that will never win a beauty contest but the location on Fisherman's Wharf could not be better. Very expensive to park a car (as you would expect in San Francisco) but at least there is the option. This was our second stay here and we would definitely stay again.

For tourists this franchise Sheraton is well located near Fisherman's Wharf. The facilities are mid-60's motel remade to imitate a hotel, but still with paper-thin walls and no protection against noise.
