This was a boutique hotel near Union Square which is a central meeting point for many tours. The room was tiny and the bathroom even smaller. The cooling did not work (had a bad smell) and the bathroom did not drain properly. Apart from that, a great location to use as a base.

We stayed here for a wedding. The rooms and bathrooms in particular are small, really small. The rooms are clean though. The housekeeping came before 8am and woke us and the kids - not cool. Staff was great though, very friendly and helpful. Overall, it's expensive for what it is but location is good.

On arrival we were upgraded to a club level room as we were 'InTouch' members, this was a lovely surprise after a long flight! Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Loved the location, hotel was even closer to Union Square than it had seemed on the map! Would recommend
