Looking forward to going back to this hotel. It is centrally located. breakfast is included and drinks for the afternoons M-R. Not a 5 star but its functional and perfectly located. parking is a little expensive but you can find a garage down the block for $25 with taxes for overnight 24-36hr parking.

I find that when on a city brake location is King, as ultimately you are using the hotel to rest your head at night and maybe have breakfast. This hotel is located at the market street terminus of the tram and perfect for travelling around. Slightly dated and breakfast is weak but an good overall experience.
