For the price we paid for the flight and hotel for 5 nights, we were shocked at the quality. Our room was on one of the top floors and the view was amazing. The room was clean and spacious even with three people. The location is perfect too with lots of trams and and subway next to it.

As a tourist, this was the perfect location for us - near shopping and a variety of eateries, attractions, easy access to public transportation - cable cars, F-line street cars, buses, taxi service at the front door. Overall a great stay. 1st night was on the 6th floor, which had a lot of street noise. 2nd and 3rd night was on the 23 floor. Much better. Higher floors a must.

Hotel was great but the noise outside the window was at times unbearable. Guitar riffs from local bars, police and fire trucks, homeless people yelling in the street at 2AM. Not much the hotel can do about this...
