Awesome room, nice interior, but washroom was typical american. Little bit outdated and was more like three star, everything else was top class. They gave us an upgrade, we had an awesome view. Few mins walk away from market street.

Stayed here on a biz trip. The hotel is in a great location if you are doing business at the Moscony Center. Otherwise, it's nothing special. I was on a Business trip in San Francisco and the comfort of the InterContinental made the experience splendid. Proximity to Market St, BART and Cal Train make this an ideal place for a traveler. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Try to get that high floor for the spectacular view of the bay.

This hotel is overpriced for what you get and they charge you more for everything. The rooms were nice and bed comfortable, but not worth the cost. Many other hotels are nicer any less expensive.
