We stayed at the Metro for a short couples getaway. The hotel is very conveniently located to the bus lines. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room was tiny, but we were barely ever there so it didn't matter. It was very clean and well kept. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay if you just need a place to crash. We stayed here while visiting family- (needed a place to sleep, but intended on being out all day) Clean, very comfortable, friendly staff and great deal... Good location as well!

Wonderful staff & great location. Nearby buses can take you anywhere you want to go. I recommend the bus pass & download a Muni app for schedules & bus locations. But I digress, the hotel is super clean & super affordable. Rooms are cozy but comfortable. Definitely recommended!
