My gf and I went and stayed through the busiest time, New Years Eve, the staff were great, the hotel clean, the bar was great and friendly. Our trip was nothing short of extraordinary! Room, bathroom and reception all very good. Didn't use the restaurant as we used small establishments in the area to get more of a feel of San Francisco. Can be noisy in rooms at the front with the window open but that is what you get in the centre of the city and is no criticism of the hotel itself.... More
