The Orchard was a great hotel for us. The location was simply awesome, the rooms were excellent and large on San Fran basis and the staff were excellent. Friendly without being pretentious. Clean rooms. We had dinner once in the hotel. It was delicious. Great location. We were able to walk to China Town, Little Italy, Union Square, and a variety of different restaurants. And kudos to the staff for being so accommodating. More

With amazing consistency, the Orchard got things "almost" right. It's like being nickel and dimed to death - or death by 1000 small cuts! One pair of slippers, not two.
