Tourist and conference overflow hotel. 4 long blocks to muscone center thru a bad section but ok during the day. Walkable to Union Square--moderate price except jacked up during busy times. The best western americania is located in walking distance to the cable car terminus at market street (10 min walk). Our room was spotless, the inteior maybe a bit outdated but well maintained.
