My husband and I stayed here last year and absolutely loved it. It was historic and great for a mini honeymoon trip. The staff was very nice and although the decor is very dated it is a part of it's charm. Feel like you were transported into the early 1900's. Would definitely stay here again.

I was in a business conference in Muscone convention center ,walking distance from this historical hotel,service excellent ,enjoyed much taking my breakfast in their restaurant ,with the smell of history all over ,definite I would do it again.

Stayed here for work and thought the staff was friendly and flexible. I checked in early; front desk agreed to change my room (first one smelled like a hospital).
