I was not terribly impressed with this hotel, the room was very small and looked like someone tried to do an art-deco style but ended up with less than ikea. The bathroom as the worst design and actually had mold. It is a great location and that is just about the only good thing I could say about this hotel.

Ok so the lobby is too dark, but the staff as always very friendly and helpful- got upgraded again (3rd time in a row) nice largre suite etc. Location is fine some people think its a bit "dodgy" but its San Fran- lots of homeless everywhere but they dont bother you. Good stay and will be back
