Didn't have a particularly bad experience per se, but expected so much more from this hotel. The entrance is pretty fancy, but doesn't have the luxury attention to detail service to go with it. And you get the feeling that someone spent so much time trying to make the hotel cool that they forgot the most important thing - the... More

We chose this hotel because of the location- it was much more than I wanted to spend but since we were staying a full week, we wanted a comfortable place to stay. Very Hip place to stay- Staff was very helpful and nice- room was great- very comfortable bed. After reading reviews we asked for a higher floor away from... More

Stayed for 3 nights on a weekend getaway with my husband. We booked though our travel agent so were entitled to some virtuoso amenities. Our room was upgraded to the largest suite I have ever stayed in. Gorgeous room, no view but it didn't really matter. Separate living room, large king size room, dressing room, and nice bathroom. Not small... More

Stayed here for 2 nights before flying home to the UK. We had 2 rooms, 1 king and 2 queens. Our son and his friend had the twin room which was a lot larger than the king room we had. Both rooms looked out over the city from the 12th floor, so not bad at all. It's the bathrooms that... More

Stayed here two nights on business. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, a work of art. Staff were super helpful. Rooms were small but very pretty. Bathroom was a bit worn but clean and nice. As mentioned by many others the only real issue was that the doors make a lot of noise when they open and close. I was woken... More

Nice hotel in great location. Great bar - almost filled every night. The rooms are large and they are very silent. Bathrooms huge. The employees are really nice and there are a great urban and busy atmosphere in the lobby.

Who stays here? Who likes this place? Come for the bar and to take pictures with the great chairs (thanks Philippe Starck), but then go back to your clean, quiet hotel with delicious comforting beds and luxurious bathrooms.... Not to the IKEA dorm-rooms, some of which smell moldy and none of which are worth your precious night's sleep. Tacky elevators,... More

Stayed here for just one night on business. I didn't think there was an awful lot to get excited about with the hotel. But that said there was nothing really bad either. The hotel lobby is nice, well decorated. Service to checkin was average, but the concierge was very helpful by comparison. The room was ok. It's tastefully decorated but... More

I enjoyed this hotel stay immensely. It was a great place to meet up with my boyfriend who I have a long distance relationship with. The bar off the lobby was a great place to meet after not seeing each other for awhile and be able to catch up, talk, etc...;).Both the lobby and bar area provide an intimate, warm,... More

Thank you Buck, Dana and Cody, for making our stay memorable and taking note of all of our concerns. The hotel is everything everyone else has said - trendy, stylish, friendly, popular, conveniently located, and comfortable. My only peeve was that housekeeping was well below the standards I would've expected which is rather unfortunate as everyone else in the hotel... More
