Long over due review. First stayed here last summer. We decided on spur of the moment to head to Bar Harbor. No reservations, but stopped in to check at the Atlantic Eyrie. They had just had a cancellation and we got a room for a couple nights. They do have water view rooms, ours was parkinglot view. Not a problem... More

Views are great. The staff was friendly and food was good. The trolley to Bar Harbor runs out front and seems to be on schedule. We would stay here again. It is a good value. More

My family stayed at this lodge for 2 nights along with our dog. I found that there aren't many places that allow pets around Bar Harbor, but this one has to be one of the best choices for those traveling with pets.
