Had everything, quiet, well maintained, beautiful view 180 degrees off the balcony, laundry and trash disposal on every floor, fantastic heated pool, great walking beach, comfortable outside chairs, great place for cooking out, easy recycling accessibility. This condo complex is located right on the beach and is very nice with ocean views from the lanai's. Only down side is, if you should need it for anything there is no open office.
