This review is about #401, which is the top floor corner unit. You should know: there are no elevators, but that's my only negative. So, onto the greatness. First, #401 is like staying in the Tommy Bahama catalog. Very nicely appointed, with comfortable furniture, rich hues, great art and little décor touches. The beds are very nice, and I can't... More

My wife and I have stayed at Pua Poa at least 10 times over 20 years. This unit for a third time. The owners kept our security deposit claiming we left the apt. filthy. In fact we used their cleaning person halfway during our two week stay because my wife is a neatnik. The previous occupants we visually observed were... More

This was our 2nd time in Kauai and first time on the north end. I booked the Puu Poa condos based solely on location and photos. The owner Tarek was very responsive to questions and a good source of information. We were in unit 309. When we arrived and walked in we were very impressed. Beautiful glass double doors lead... Our party of 4 adults stayed in Pu'u Poa 107 the first week of March 2013. We had plenty of space, nice and comfortable accommodations and of course beautiful Hawaii just outside the doors. This is an end unit so you gain another window or two in the kitchen area. The stairs were a bit much for the older ones... More

Spent one week in mid-March at Pu'u Poa 312. The location couldn't be better, as its essentially a corner unit and therefore has additional windows along the east wall that units in other "stacks" do not. The view was fabulous, to say the least. We watched countless migrating whales throughout the week, enjoyed the surfers down below, and had nightly... More

This review may seem long but I was unable to find very many reviews for this particular unit (406), we often rent condos so I appreciate knowing what I am getting. For two weeks we (4 adults) stayed in the Penthouse unit at Puu Poa Unit #406. This is a two bedroom two bathroom privately owned condo. We had the... More

I have traveled a great deal and stayed in some amazing hotels, condos and homes. This property was amazing. From the moment we walked in we were saying "WOW". The views (2 Lanais & the window view from the kitchen of Bali) was amazing and the condo was luxurious. We usually eat out a lot when traveling but decided to... More

We had a great time staying in 211 Puu Poa. The views from the condo are mind blowing. Watching the sunset over the Napali Coast is unforgettable. The condo was perfectly clean and in great shape. There was literally nothing to complain about. It's a short walk down a steep path to Hideaways Beach. One of our favorites on the... More

This was our first time to Hawaii and we chose the North Shore for the spectacular scenery and convenience to many of the attractions we were planning to see. It was also our first time booking through VRBO and everything went smoothly. The units here are all privately owned so make sure you do your research and read reviews of... More

We have stayed several times at Puu Poa, but this is the first time in 411. The views are the best in this complex with the exception of 412. You have an ideal perch from which to watch the surfers and whales when conditions are right. The views extend to Bali Hai. I found the condo on vrbo, but the... More
