Patrick was available, friendly, and helpful. Some items were not in the room: no clock,the channel review was old, and there was no coffee. This was quickly resolved. We really liek staying here as the staff is consistently of high quality, friendly, and helpful. There is also great value for the money as well as a good location

this place is a mixed bag. rooms are moderately clean but like others said not in the best location and the guests look suspect. a guest destroyed a room after being asked to leave and he must have literally defecated all over the entire room because it made the entire floor smell like bowel.
