In general very nice hotel to stay in. We were in Columbus for a family funeral and I know the hotel staff worked very hard for my parents who were there for an extended time before we arrived. We stay at the Super 8 Columbus to be able to visit family there. We had reserved a king room for last weekend, only to find upon check-in that we had been upgraded to a whirlpool room with no extra charge. The manager has worked out a discount plan for us also because we visit so frequently!

Everyone at the desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. Check in and out was quick and easy and my questions were answered professionally. The room was surprisingly large.
