Room service seemed to get distracted halfway through cleaning. It wasn't finished. Bathroom not done, shampoo, mouthwash, not replaced. Smoking areas just outside of exits. Need to walk through a cloud of smoke to get to your car. Expected more from a Hampton.

We have a daughter at WVU and typically are only in Morgantown less than 24 hours, but it's nice to know we can count on hotel that is close to the school, is clean and offers a healthy breakfast before heading back to NY.

The good stuff first. Outstanding staff at check-in and at breakfast. The location is close to the WVU stadium; walking would not be an issue. Very close to Lyell B. Clay Concert Theatre. This was my second trip to Morgantown. A year ago, I stayed at the Travelodge. That time was the worst hotel experience I had ever had. The Hampton Inn exists in a different galaxy from that one. I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Morgantown, WV and it was excellent. The rooms were very nice and comfortable and the staff was efficient and pleasant. Great experience. They were in the process of replacing the carpeting and put me on a floor where the work was complete.

mold in the shower corner, no refrigerator in the rooms, trouble with the shower head, $150/night, no pool, not very clean,bad location. I have have had much better accomadations @ $80/night!! We will not return again.

The hotel room was very nice with comfortable, clean linens. I especially liked that there was a make-up remover wipe in the complimentary bathroom kit. You don't see that too often. The breakfast was very nice. I especially enjoyed the hot topped bagel (cheese, crumbled bacon, and nicely toasted) - unique offering.
