If I had just not driven 7 hours from visiting my granddaughter, I would not continue to stay this evening. The room smells, bathroom door does not shut all the way, temperature controls are erratic and only 2 lamp lighting in the room. I am sorry you found your stay to be less than satisfactory. I am working on eradicating the smell issue. It could be remnants of our recent tub refinishing project. More

“Alright hotel - not the cleanest - would stay again w/a discount again.”

Bed cover had stains, toilet had sprickles of urine and bathroomcoulsbe been a lot cleaner. The white sheets on the bed were clean and everything was clean. I received the discount for staying 3 nights in a row and would probably stay again with another discount. Would not stay for full price.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. I am very sorry the room was subpar. It looks like we dropped the ball. I'll work with the housekeepers to make sure it doesn't happen again. More

I was heading all the way from Apex, NC to Chicago, IL and Charleston was almost halfway to take a much needed break. The Super 8 at Dunbar/Charleston proved the most economical that was available and it proved a very good quality too. They had free WiFi and the morning breakfast was light but good enough.
