As you will have read this is a nicely restored, early 20th Century property about 3/4 mile from downtown Yakima. We stayed in the Tower Room and, as others have noted, the bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The street is quiet and so is the property - once everyone is in for the night as the stairs... Stayed at the Rosedell B & B in Yakima, WA last weekend. Most of the old mansion has been renovated and there is new life in this once magnificent home. The beds were good, the art and painting of the rooms fun and inventive. The breakfast was wonderful, yogurt with granola, followed by eggs benedict, fruit, sweet roll, coffee and... More

We stayed at Rosedell B&B last month while en route to Walla Walla. When we drove up, I was in awe of its stately beauty. It really looks like a castle, and is beautifully lit up at night. The owners Holli and Paul have done an impressive job with the renovations, and I loved seeing all of the historic photos... More

This B&B is located in Yakima, Washington. The house was built in the early 20th century and is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house and its furnishings are a step back in time with high ceilings and elaborate wood trim and floors. The room where we stayed (on the second floor) had a nice outside covered deck. The... My wife and I stayed at the Rosedell Bed and Breakfast in October 2010 and, for the value, it beats many five star resorts out there. The building is amazing. The rooms are breathtaking. We stayed in the Parker room, which was amazing! Holli, the part owner, who runs day-to-day operations, was just a delight. And, the location is so... More

If you are going to Yakima for wine tasting, skip the hotels! The Rosedell is a much better choice and an excellent value. Paul and Holly are the perfect hosts; available without hovering. They have lovingly restored this mansion with exquisite detail. It is neither gaudy nor crowded. Each room in their home is immaculately clean. We stayed in the... More

Great house and excellant rooms. We stayed in room with suspended balcony and it was lovely to sit out in the evening. Loads of places to eat nearby. Breakfast is single sitting (no problem) with set menu. I think that shoudl have been made clearer as only option after healthy yoghurt/granola/fruit parfait was eggs benedict, no offers or options, just... More

This B&B is in a restored old mansion. The house is in amazing condition (a tribute to the owners). The original owner ran a lumber mill, so there is woodwork throughout the house. It's all in excellent condition. The rooms themselves are well-appointed, with excellent beds and extremely soft linens. The bathroom was in great shape as well. The breakfast... More

Holly & Paul were great, we spent two days for our anniversary touring wineries, and just enjoying the area and each other. Very nice master suite with plenty of charm, and all the modern ammenities. Definitely a do over experience! Thanks guys. Bob & Chris C. More

Holli and Paul, the owners of Rosedell Bed & Breakfast, did a superb job restoring this beautiful historic house. Meticulously decorated, the B&B offers a welcoming, charming and comfortable experience. We stayed in the Red Room, which has a private patio over looking the back courtyard. We loved the place and will definitely return. More
