we stayed in a 3 room since we had 3 adults and 3 kids. place was fine, starting to show its a older hotel but it was fine for a nite before a flight and price was excellent, free breakfast. places nearby to eat. 1/2 drive to airport.

We apologize that your experience at the Apple Tree Inn was unsatisfactory. The front desk staff did notify management of the smoking complaint and were able to determine which room was smoking on the walkway of the non-smoking building. That violator was contacted, given a warning, and charged a steep smoking fee for not adhering to our non-smoking policy.
