I love this B & B and would return for some pampering as often as I could. The staff is friendly and also very helpful in planning what to see and do in the area. The rooms are exceptionally comfortable and clean and the breakfasts were delicious!!! The area has lots of things to see and do and I'm hoping... More

Our time spent at the Hideaway on Quail Lake Cottage was exceptional! If spending time in a well appointed, clean and serene environment is important to you, then you must stay here. The setting was very tranquil and inducive to rest and recuperation. A tonic for the city dweller's frayed nerves and day to day tribulations. Dwight was a very... More

This B&B was an excellent find on Living Social. The grounds were neatly kept, the indoors areas were very clean, fresh and decorated with an upscale lodge feel. The Creekside Suite was very spacious with a huge bathroom and private deck overlooking the creek and pond. Dwight's initial map tour of the area included information on the hikes, walks, beaches,... Dwights welcome is very personable. A very kind accommodating personality. He brought us in made sure we were comfortable, discussed our interests and intentions and then became a tour guide. it allowed us to get the most out of our time in the area. Great recommendations for dinning in the area: Alderwood Bistro in Sequim!! The staff at Lost Mountain... More

Personalized service made this a five star experience. Owner Dwight was kind, attentive and went out of his way to accommodate our family. He gave us recommendations for site seeing that made the most of the limited winter daylight hours and tailored to our interests. Maps and restaurant tips left us more time to enjoy our weekend instead of researching... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lost Mountain in the beginning of October. We stayed for a full week and had a delightful vacation. Dwight was most helpful in guiding us to the best parts of the park as well as restaurants in the area. Breakfast was excellent thanks to Rebecca and T'Lyn who were also helpful as guides to... More

This was our first taste of B&B US-style and we're hooked. Dwight is a super host and his recommendations of sightseeing opportunities in the area were a great help, allowing us to make the most of our 2 days here. Rebecca and T'Lyn provided us with delicious breakfasts, these girls are so talented ! The room was nicely decorated, very... More

We very much wanted to like this place, reflected in our willingness to spend well over $300 for a single night. We thought it would be really special, quaint, romantic, etc. While the staff was very friendly and helpful as a guide to the local area, the actual accommodations were like, for lack of a better term, your fake grandma's... I was so surprised to find out that this reviewer stayed in the very same room that I stayed in my first time at Lost Mountain Lodge. Here is how I would review that room. Lilacs and ribbons for my bedspread, a fluffy comforter and high count sheets. Wow! This alone made my sleep time fantastic and dreamy. My room... More

My husband and I planned our trip in July starting off in Seattle seeing the sites and then arrived in Sequim, Washington. This bed & breakfast is beautifully placed in a quiet and secluded location. Upon arriving, Dwight served us wine and cheese and made sure that all of our accommodations or needs were addressed. The breakfasts that were served... More
