No other hotel in Port Townsend captures the feel of the city like the Bishop Victorian. Not only is it friendly, cozy and comfortable (and immaculately clean!), it's got the look and vibe of the old Northwest. Two thumbs up!

The location was great, centrally located and close to the stairs that lead to uptown. The staff were nice and friendly. We stayed in room 16, a 2BR Suite, the room was very outdated and the furniture was very old. It was pricey for what you got.

There are some kinds of charm that just can't be faked. This is a true Victorian hotel, and our accommodations were just lovely. We stayed in #18; this was especially nice, because it gave us the extra air circulation of a corner room (no air conditioning, not an issue for us). We didn't mind the stairs, but folks with health... More

Our drive from Cannon Beach took a little longer than expected and we arrived early evening with no reservation. The staff were very friendly. It was a Wednesday in May so we were lucky to find two choices of rooms available. We chose the King suite on the 3rd floor - #18 - and it was very large and beautifully... More

We stayed at the Bishop Victorian for one night during a weekend "parents' escape". It was great. Just a block from Water Street in downtown Port Townsend with plenty of off-street parking, a spacious room and bathroom (ours was #26, a suite), TV with extensive cable channels, DVD with a large collection of movies, free WiFi, in-room breakfast, puzzles in... I had a recent overnight stay at this quaint hotel. It was great. Everything from parking to the room to the service. I can't say enough about it. It was quiet and enjoyable even when it was sold out this weekend on Memorial Day. Highly Recommend. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, everything you need...including a continental service delivered in a basket.

We stayed one night only at the Bishop, and were impressed with the small things. Service included in-room breakfast, the room was quiet and spacious, and the location perfect to see Port Townsend. Central position in town, one street back from the main road (Water St).

Whether making a reservation or checking out, both Lauralee and Don are pleasant and helpful ! We had room #22. It was even more picturesque than the website shows. A bottle of wine was delivered to our room shortly after we settled in.Being that I am not a morning person, I appreciated the breakfast basket of our choice left at... More
