“Top floor request not met-No view and Noise!”

Request a top floor for a view and for some quiet. Instead was put on the bottom floor (there are 3 floors) Above us was a toddler running back and forth all day and early morning. Made a last minute trip to Ocean Shores and found a good rate for this hotel. i found staff to be very friendly and accomodative. “The welcoming front desk lady was unwelcoming as in colder than the rain.”

Room was clean. Location was at the northend of the beach. No breakfast for the price. PM front desk staff was unwelcoming almost dismissive. She claims they don't see what you wrote when you made your reservation.
