I´ve visited the Washington coast many times but I´ve never been so close to the real Northwest atmosphere: endless beaches, quiet mornings, salty and fresh air but overall the charming little towns, and welcoming people. Charlotte puts through her B&B the icing on the cake to the whole experience. She´s not only warm and smart but also shares with you... More

I have stayed at the George Johnson House many times, both with my husband and as a solo traveler. Charlotte is a gracious hostess in this beautiful 1913 Craftsman house that she has decorated tastefully with regional arts and crafts. The bedrooms are charming and comfortable with many thoughtful touches. It's natural to feel at home in the lovely living... More

I arranged for four friends to stay at George Johnson in September. One fo them is a retired travel agent who professed to "hate" b&bs. He gave his stay "A+" as did all of them. Three other friends were staying at my house in Ocean Park, and Charlotte provided breakfast for all of us both mornings of their stay. All... More

We spent three days at the incredibly charming George Johnson House in Ocean Park last weekend for my sisters wedding. Consumate Inn Keeper Charlotte Killeen stopped nothing short of us rotten! The house itself is filled with incredible artifacts, tremendous family and regional history, the delightful warmth of the arts and crafts era and all the modern conveniences one could... More

We recommend the George Johnson House! The proprietor is skilled and understands comfort and service. The house and bedrooms are clean and neatly appointed with Washington history and Native American art. The amenities in each room resemble a fine hotel. The breakfasts and sweets were sophisticated and yummy. The details combined with comfort made our visit to Oysterville and Ocean... More

The is a lovely B&B. The owner has maintained the original craftsman charm sprinkled with artifacts from her Native America Heritage. The home is welcoming and inviting. The accommodations are first class. The owner is nothing short of a master baker in the practical sense. You will enjoy wonderful leisure, lovely conversations and a happy palate when you stay here.... More

A beautiful old home converted to a B&B by the owner who loves to share her part of the world. It's comfortable, relaxing and full of local history and treasures. Breakfasts were truly amazing, as were the home-made baked goods and candies offered up. A block from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

A girlfriend and I had the pleasure of being guests at the divine George Johnson house, run by the consummate innkeeper, Charlotte Killien. Charlotte has beautifully restored this spacious and charming 1913 two-story Craftsman home and populated it with a tasteful and eclectic mixture of Craftsman furnishings, Chinook basketry and artifacts, pottery, family mementos and most impressively, a collection of...
